Methods of Payment



It is possible to pay for your order via the webshop using your credit card. Card payments are completely safe via Bank Sabadell VIRTUAL TPV.

The buyer can also pay by credit or debit card, through a virtual point of sale terminal Sabadell bank, for which Jo Mami Kids will give the necessary information. Likewise, Jo Mami Kids will never be responsible for any error in the transfer or problems that the buyer has with the bank.


You can choose paypal as payment method while check out, and you will automatically be redirected to a paypal payment page.

Shipping & Returns

- Europe : Correos Registered mail. 12 €

Delivery usually takes from 3 to 7 working days


- Rest of the World: Correos Registered mail. 18 €

Delivery usually takes from 5 to 15 working days.



All the orders placed and paid before 12:00 midday (central european time) will be shipped the same day (from monday to friday). All orders placed and paid after 12:00 midday will be shipped the next working day.



- You have a timeframe of 7 natural days as of the delivery of your order within which you must notify us at of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return.

- Return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and  must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded.

-We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

-The shipping cost of the exchange will be payable by the customer, both the returning and the new shipping ones.

- No changes, returns or refunds are allowed in OUTLET, FINAL SALES or 70% products, swimwear, underwear, jewelry and cosmetics.

Please note that Jo Mami Kids cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.

ATTENTION! Returned goods will not be accepted when returned products are not in perfect condition or the subsequent use of them would be restricted.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES. If the delivery address is stated incorrectly by the customer, the sent items are automatically returned and Jo Mami Kids will NOT be held responsible for the time it may take for the items to be returned nor the cost for resending the goods. Post in Europe usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks to carry out the process of returned packages and in other countries it can be considerably longer. Please check the delivery address, making sure it is as complete and precise as possible.

EXPIRED PACKAGES OR DELIVERIES NOT NOTIFIED BY MAIL: Jo Mami Kids disclaims liability in the event that the address provided by the customer is incomplete or erroneous or that the shipment is not picked up on time by the customer at the carrier. If the postman does not leave the notice correctly, or the client does not know that a notice received is from Jo Mami Kids, so he lets time pass by without claiming the package. Do not let more than 8 days pass from our email notification without claiming the order. Post returns them within 15 days and many times they don't leave notice notification. Make sure that the email and mobile phone number you have given us is the correct one to be able to receive the shipping notification without problems at the Post Office or the carrier. Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible.

By confirming these PURCHASE TERMS, the customer agrees to pay second freight in cases of returns for incomplete addresses, not completed by it and for shipments not claimed on time.

Jo Mami Kids will not be held responsible for orders that cannot be sent due to circumstances out of our control, such as delays caused by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.


The products that are for sale on the website may be made with materials that negatively affect people intolerant or allergic to them. The buyer must always acquire them at his own risk.

Jo Mami Kids has detailed all the information of the products that are exposed to the sale, and they should be used as mentioned in their instructions, to guarantee their duration in time. These instructions will be included within the packages or in the email confirming the purchase. Jo Mami Kids or the manufacturing company will not be responsible for any damage caused to any of the items as a result of their misuse or conservation.


If there is an applicable discount, it will be applied before making the purchase. After the payment is processed, the discount amount will not be refunded.


All taxes and charges related to the purchase will be indicated before making the payment.
Once the payment has been made, you can download your corresponding invoice in the customer area, in which taxes that are applicable will be included in detail.


Please note that import duty and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country.

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver. We do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
